Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working full-time in a similar maintenance position at a resort or vacation rental property
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, generator, AC units, pool, landscaping operations.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Belize boat captain license is a bonus

Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager
Live-in position
Requirements:
- Live-in position must be willing to live on-site in staff accommodation for up to 3-4 week periods.
- Willing and able to work full days, split shifts and long hours standing
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate, extensive knowledge of safe food and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with email, Word, and Excel documents.
- Great attention to detail, including meticulous cleaning standards.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience cooking in high-end restaurants, with skills in both Belizean and international cuisine.
- Minimum of 3 professional references or letters of recommendation.
