Ministry of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform Welcomes New CEO

The Ministry of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform is pleased to announce a realignment of chief executive officers (CEO), resulting in Dr. Osmond Martinez being appointed as CEO in the Ministry of Economic Development.
Dr. Martinez served as CEO in the Ministry of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform in the months after the 2020 general election. He holds a doctorate in economics with a focus on poverty and social development. With the government determined to balance economic recovery and the nation’s development in unprecedented times, Dr. Martinez would better serve the nation in the Ministry of Economic Development.
Rolando Zetina will be CEO in the Ministry of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform. Mr. Zetina served over two decades at the Social Security Board as the director of finance and acting CEO at one point. He holds degrees in business administration and accounting and his background in decision-making and fiscal discipline will be critical to the reforms which are an integral part of the Ministry’s mandate.
Hon. Henry Charles Usher, Minister of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform, is confident that Dr. Martinez will serve the people and nation well in his new role at the Ministry of Economic Development.
