Wilmington donates to SPRCS

San Pedro enjoys a sister city relationship with Wilmington, North Carolina and through fundraising efforts which took place there, the San Pedro Roman Catholic School was the receipient of a $250 check handed over today. The money is to be used to support the education program and not to go directly to salaries. The Sister Cities Association, who made it all possible, works to develop international educational, arts, culture and economic exchanges.
On hand to make the donation was professor Dennis Kubasko and Susan Catapano who is currently on the island with University of North Carolina students who are taking part in their exchange program.
