The National 8-Ball Pool Tournament officially started on Friday, June 9th at Cholos Beach Bar. Eight teams challenged each other to gain the points and lead in the first set of games. The matches started at 6PM, with a large number of fans showing support.
Jade Bar team and team Twinkle Little Star were the favourites of the evening, and they took the lead in the first week of the tournament. After four long hours of intense competition the scores for the different teams were tallied, the rankings of each is as follow:

The games continue this weekend at Claudia’s Pool Room, beginning at 7PM, on both Friday and Saturday.
