New High Commissioner for Belize assumes duties in UK

Press Release – Belmopan – November 21st, 2012 – Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of Belize, received Her Excellency Ms. Perla Perdomo in a private audience at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, November 20th, 2012. The audience marked the formal recognition of Ms. Perdomo’s assumption of duties as High Commissioner for Belize in the United Kingdom. High Commissioner Perdomo has commenced her representation with a focus on investment, Diaspora outreach, and efforts to seek support for Restore Belize and other social programmes.
