Police Report: Drug Trafficking

• On Thursday, June 9th at 3:30PM, a joint team of San Pedro Special Branch and Criminal Investigation Branch personnel conducted search at an apartment room located two and a half mile South of San Pedro Town which was occupied at the time by 35-year-old Sara Christine Brodie and 37-year-old Matthew George Hoy, both Canadian Nationals. The search conducted led to the discovery of a total of 177.5 grams of suspected Cannabis. They were formally arrested and charged for the crime of ‘Drugs Trafficking’.

• On Sunday, June 12th at 7:30PM, a joint team of Special Branch, Criminal Investigation Branch and San Pedro Police conducted search at an apartment room located in the San Pedrito Area, San Pedro Town. Present at the time of the search were 30-year-old Jermaine Deon Zuniga and 19-year-old David Emmanuel Haylock. The search led to the discovery of a total of 120.7 grams of suspected Cannabis. They were formally arrested and charged for ‘Drugs Trafficking’.

• On Sunday, June 12th at around 7:45PM, San Pedro Police conducted a search outside of an apartment building in the San Pedrito Area which led to the discovery of 47.3 grams of suspected Cannabis. The suspected drug was labeled and deposited as ‘Found Property’.
• On Tuesday, June 14th at 9AM, a joint team of Special Branch, Criminal Investigation Branch and San Pedro Police conducted a search at an apartment room in the Boca Del Rio Area, San Pedro Town occupied by 23-year-old Gilroy Harrison Lewis Jr. and 21-year-old Luwesa Anekey Parchue. The search led to the discovery of a small black suitcase containing four wrap parcels with transparent plastic containing suspected Cannabis. A further search conducted inside the room led to the additional discovery of eight more wrap parcels with transparent plastic containing suspected Cannabis. The drug was weighed and amounted to a total of 1506.1 grams (equivalent to 3.3 pounds). Both persons were formally arrested and charged for Drugs Trafficking.
