Possession of Controlled Drugs
On Thursday, February 25th at 5:30PM, acting on Special Branch (SB) intelligence, a joint team of SB and Gang Suppression Unit personnel conducted a search at the residence of 38-year-old Raymond Bradley and 33-year-old Phillipa Diego on Barracuda Street, Boca del Rio area. A thorough search was conducted in the premises which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing suspected Cannabis which was hidden inside a pipe. A total of 53 grams of suspected Cannabis was removed. They were formally arrested and charged for Possession of Controlled Drugs. In court Bradley plead guilty and was fined $2,005 to be paid by September 30, 2016 or one year in prison. The matter was withdrawn against Diego by the prosecution.
