Island children were treated to a spectacular show on Saturday, December 12th with the annual ABC Preschool Christmas Extravaganza. The beloved children’s show brings much joy and laughter to the Angel Nuñez Auditorium, as all the favorite animated characters of 2015 take the stage to entertain those in attendance. Artists from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico took on the role of characters from Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club House, Frozen and even Cinderella to put on a truly spectacular show.
With lots to eat and drinks on sale, both parents and children enjoyed a great family night out. Many of the children sang along to their favorite musical presentations. Some lucky children even got the opportunity to meet and get a hug or a picture taken with their favorite character.
The ABC Preschool Christmas Extravaganza is the largest fundraiser held by the establishment each year, with proceeds benefiting the development of the school.
