Ambergris Lake Villas held up

News reaching The San Pedro Sun is that around 3:30pm, two individuals of dark complexion entered the office of Ambergris Lake Villas and held up 1 office worker and a security guard at gun and knife-point. It is believed that they stole an undisclosed amount of cash, along with a cell phone. According to Mr. Milo Paz, proprietor of the complex, the police were able to detain 1 of the thieves, and recovered the cell phone.

The San Pedro Police Department was able to confirm that there was indeed an armed robbery at the location mentioned previously. The matter is presently under investigation. According to Sgt. Reyes, they have apprehended one individual, who they believe may have information that could lead to the arrest of the individuals responsible for the crime.
