Ministry of Natural Resources Re-Opening Protocols

The Ministry of Natural Resources informs the public that all offices countrywide are open between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12 midday and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

To maintain the health and safety of customers and employees and to comply with the Government of Belize’s regulations, effective immediately, all persons conducting business at any office countrywide are required to wear a face mask that covers their mouth and nose, practice good hand hygiene, and adhere to social distancing protocols.

Persons who are not wearing a mask will not be permitted entry on the compound. Also, persons who are ill or exhibiting flu-like symptoms are advised to refrain from accessing services in-person and to utilize the Ministry’s online services.

The Ministry encourages all customers to visit its website at https://naturalresources.gov.bzto access its online services:

· Online applications for certain transactions

· Document tracking/account review – check the status of your application or review your land account information

· Direct deposit payment- make payments directly to the Ministry of Natural Resources Atlantic Bank account
