Share

Thursday, March 19th was declared National Hand Washing Day in Belize. The Ministry of Education reportedly sent out soap to all the schools countrywide for students to wash their hands. The activity is expected to sensitize the general public to continue practicing proper hand washing in order to avoid the spread of diseases. Students at the Ambergris Caye Elementary School cheerfully celebrated the occasion and washed their hands with the soap sent by MOE.
