The San Pedro High male softball team travelled to Orange Walk over the weekend of March 1st -2nd where they defended their title as Northern Regional Champions for the fourth year in a row.
The SPHS boys claimed a blow out victory Orange Walk Technical, then advanced to the Championship round where they took on Corozal’s Escuela Secundaria Tech over whom they also claimed victory.
As such, the SPHS boys are once again the Northern Regional Champs for the fourth consecutive year. They are scheduled take part in the Nationals on March 14th and 15th where they will defend their back to back National Secondary School Softball Championship.
The San Pedro Sun would like to congratulate the boys on their impressive victory as Regional Champs and wishes them the best of luck at Nationals!
