The San Pedro Lions Club held its annual Children Christmas Party on Sunday, December 15th, where the children in attendance were given gifts by the jolly man himself, Santa Claus. The event took place at the Lions’ Den with over 150 children eager to meet Santa Claus.Children's Lions Christmas Party-3
Most of the children patiently waited with smiles of joy for their turn to sit on Santa’s lap. Others feared the old man with the white beard making for classic photos. Nonetheless, as each child was called by name they met with Santa for a short chat. The children were then given their present, taking the opportunity to pose for a picture with the jolly man from the North (fishing) Pole. The children were also given a goody bag, filled with candy, apples and other delicious treats.Children's Lions Christmas Party-14
It was a fun afternoon and the children enjoyed their time with Santa Claus. The San Pedro Lions Club would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Years!
