As part of their vision to “Know Christ and Make Christ Known”, the Sagebrush Community Church hosted a family football camp on Saturday, October 12th.

Sagebrush Church Football Camp-3
A team from the main campus church in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, along with soccer pros David Baca and Kristen Gracyzk hosted the football camp north of the bridge. Each child was given a soccer ball and pump to use at the camp. At the end of the camp, they were able to take home their new toys.

Sagebrush also provided a healthy lunch of chicken burritos to the children and parents who took part in the camp. According to Meredith Nohvaiy Melton, Missions Director of Sagebrush Community Church, their aim is to build relationships in the community and set an example of love, grace, and mercy through their service.

Sagebrush also hosts a weekly Sunday children’s program call “Kids Planet” that is free of charge. The purpose of the program is to create an interactive environment where kids can play games, learn about Jesus, have live praise and worship, and explore the Bible all while having fun.
