CASA PANAMA APARTMENTS
· Adult only building, (no kids, no pets)
· 1-BR apts ($200/wk 1 pax, $230/week 2 pax) and
· Studio apts ($175/wk 1 pax, $200/wk 2 pax)
· We do require deposits
All apartments include:
· Water, butane, and cable.
· Electric is billed on a private meter, specific to each apt
· Each apt has a Private Bathroom & Shower,
· Kitchenette with 2 burner stove, sink, and some cupboards
· Bed, table & 2 chairs
· Turbo ceiling fan
· LED lights inside and outdoors for security after dark

· Near the bridge, turn at Casa Pan Dulce Bakery towards the canal
· Orange building on the next corner.
· Plenty of room for your golf cart in our fenced and locked yard
· Convenient for those who work Over the Bridge
HOW TO GET AN APARTMENT
· Pick up an Application Form from the Mailbox at the gate
· Complete the Application Form with the contact information of your employer, and a family member of Where You GO In a Hurricane.
· Submit your application in an envelope to the mailbox with a copy of your Social Security Card and your Vax Card
· THEN – phone Ms. Dianne Quicksilver between 7am-4pm (daylight hours only) to let her know you’ve completed an application form. Be prepared to wait a day or two while Ms. Dianne checks your information and she will contact you for viewing.
